Today starts November Week #2

Ok so it is a new week and I am going to really try hard to stay on track. My goals for the week are:

1. Drink mostly water and no more than 20oz of Dr. Pepper (Dr. B) this week.

2. Exercise 30 mins a day, 5 days a week.

3. Keep calories between 1200-1500

4. Eat fruit in place of sweets.

Starting weight for the week is 166.8lbs; Goal is to lose 2.8=164lbs

Last week I wasnt on here much and I really didnt do well. I gained weight but I will do better this week.

52 point ouch. Not good. Sorry ladies I havent been on much, maybe that explains the weight gain. Weighed in at 166.2lbs I will be on more and in contact this week.

Starting weight 165.9; weight loss goal for the week is 2.9 lbs dropping to 163lbs. Ending weight 166.2lbs; a gain of 0.3 of a pound. In my defense my tummy is no good. Maybe I am just full of it! LOL TMI I know sorry.

November Goals

1. Drink mostly water or water w/ crystal light. Only 20oz of Dr. Pepper.

2. Keep calories between 1200-1500/day

3. Allow Saturday for a cheat/off day. (No more than 2000 calories)

4. Exercise at least 30mins a days 5 week.

5. Continue my multi vitamin

Starting weight 165.9: weight loss goals
11/01-11/07 is 2.9 lbs dropping to 163lbs
11/08-11/14 is 2.5 lbs dropping to 160.5lbs
11/15-11/21 is 2.5 lbs dropping to 158lbs
(goal was 159 by end of Nov)
11/22-11/30 is to maintain a weight below 160!

WOW bad Halloween


This morning I weighed in at 168.9lbs. Hubby was home for the first time in a long time so we had breakfast together. Then I was out and about all day to I just picked up McDonalds. While out Trick or Treating we had dinner at Jack in the Box.

I had a great week; but am ending it with a really bad day

I found out my hours were going to be cut at work since it is so slow. And then hubby tells me things at work are bad and he had to take a $3.00 pay cut. I tried to resist but self sabbatoged with food. I am way over on calories and the worst part is I am going to weigh in tomorrow who knows if I will have lost anything.

10/29/09 Week #02; Day 04


Today was a strange day for me. I woke up and made my son french toast and sausage for breakfast. I smelled so good. I really wanted something sweet for breakfast; so I chopped up a mini dark chocolate bar and put it in my Cheerios.

Lunch time comes around and I go to make a Smart Ones and realize I am all out! So I decide to make a sandwich for lunch, but forgot to buy bread also. Great! I rolled the meat and cheese up like I do for my son and ate it with some crackers; which by the way are not good and I will not be buying them again.

Dinner went well but I did not care for the vegetables. It was the first time I had bought them; maybe I over cooked them but the squash was gross. I am going to try again and if it still isnt good I will return them. Great thing about Schwans. Love it or Return it! Cold front came in; highs in the 50s-60s so I had hot chocolate.

What Can I Eat Next?

OK so here it is 7:30pm and I just finished dinner. I entered everything in my food journal and guess what; I am so short! I am under 1000 calories, so what can I eat to bump me up but not blow my day?

Darn, where’s that Krispy Kreme? Oh thats right I ate it last night and it put me over :(

I know the more you lose and closer to you goal you get; the harder it is to lose weight. This is why I have allowed more time to lose 10lbs the closer I get.

*If I find that I am happy before I reach my 120lbs goal; I will stop and maintain the size/weight.

Super Sweet Hubby= BIG NO NO

Last night my husband worked late. And by the time he walked in at 11:45pm our son was asleep. He brought home Krispy Kreme doughnuts. His thought was that we could have them and coffee and sit on the porch b/c it was so nice outside. I gave in and had one, but it was the glazed one. I figured it was the healthiest choice? Anyways it was sweet of him but it put me way over 1200, but still under 1500. Gosh I hope I didnt blow my whole day :( Who knew there was 200 calories in just one doughnut? Not me thats for sure!
